The End of My Fourth Transfer ...

It's hard to believe, but today is the first day of my fifth transfer! Next week will mark my 5 months! The time just flies by! And it's finally starting to cool off so thank goodness for that :)

Let me see if I can answer all the questions you asked me. First off, we communicate with President Nattress through our weekly e-mails, interviews and Zone conferences that alternate every transfer, occasional other meetings, he tries to come to the baptisms, occasional texts or phone calls...speaking of...we still haven't heard anything about transfers. The call was supposed to come last night, but then they said it will probably come today so we are still waiting in suspense. There aren't that many Spanish units, but there is talk about spliting our area or there is always the chance of me going English, or in the future, opening new Spanish areas. We really have no idea! But there are 3 new Spanish sisters coming in this week and only 6 of us currently in the mission so there is a large possibility that I will train. As for the missionaries in my District...Elder Benson is from Rexburg, Elder Clark is from Indiana, Elder Shepherd is from Utah, Elder Olkjer is from Alaska, Elder Macfarlane is from Utah, Elder Mountain is from Georgia, Sisters Marz and Hair are both from Utah. As for wards and stakes....the English sisters cover 4 wards, and then I think the elders all cover 3....not sure. Out ward boundaries cover 8 English stakes so...it's not quite Utah status, but there are a lot of wards and stakes and church buildings in a pretty small area. I think Gilbert is 13% LDS. Still no real news on the temple open house, but we've heard January...we've also heard that we are getting iPads soon. Any other things you would like to know? I did get the Toms. Thank you! I haven't gotten a snail mail letter...when did you send it? Hopefully it didn't get stolen.

Not too much to report this week! It's been good! I'll send pictures and write about my week with the pictures included :) That way I'll save some time :)

Con mi amor,
Hermana Baria
